Charitable Endowment

Lawrence Capital Partners, through its affiliate The Lawrence Family Charitable Endowment, is an active supporter of various non-profit organizations and programs, especially those focused on education, youth leadership training and the various ministries and outreach programs of the Episcopal Church in the United States. The Endowment was established in 2006 and seeks to strengthen worthy programs through the careful investment of funds to be used primarily in connection with capital projects and new initiatives.

In pursuing its goals, the Endowment not only offers financial support to deserving organizations and projects, but also:

  • Works to identify emerging issues of importance, especially as relate to the challenges of youth in modern American society
  • Promotes the sharing of ideas and networking among individuals and organizations
  • Encourages purposeful stewardship and investment of resources by other individuals and organizations

In most instances, the Endowment supports established programs. However, in appropriate circumstances, the Endowment will provide seed capital and/or leadership and organizational resources for start-up programs if the applicant can show persuasively that such programs not only have targeted achievable results but can also articulate a clear strategic plan to succeed in their missions and sustain their activities over time.
