Lawrence Capital Partners is a private, family-owned enterprise that is a direct investor for its own account and in certain limited circumstances a capital formation and strategic advisory partner to individual and institutional investors. We seek risk balanced, above market returns on our deployed capital.  We are not traders or short term investors. Instead, we seek to participate in tax efficient value creation over relatively long time horizons. LCP invests in businesses across a broad range of stages and sectors and is flexible in structuring its positions as debt, equity or hybrid securities.

We work closely with our co-investors and portfolio companies to develop and implement long term value creation strategies. Where appropriate, we make follow-on investments to take advantage of market disruptions, organic growth opportunities, accretive acquisitions, and other return enhancement strategies. For each portfolio investment, we develop a comprehensive investment strategy and modify it periodically to address changes both at the macro and micro economic levels. As a result of our extensive network of strategic and financial relationships, we are able to attract high quality investment opportunities and achieve compelling returns for ourselves and our partners regardless of market cycles.
